- The music producer retains all rights. You must give full credit to the producer on all commercial recordings and broadcasts. Upon purchasing leasing rights, Beats4artist.com still owns the beats and we are able to resell the beats to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

- You own full rights to record, alter, mix the beat.

- Beats4artist.com can no longer lease or sell the beat, except for prior leasing rights holders own promotional page (no downloads there).
